- Prices are put in euro, taxes and sending included.
In some cases when a producer requires it, you may get pass out tickets instead of proper tickets. In other words, you will have to change your pass out tickets at the sales points thirty minutes before the event starts.
Seats cannot be booked over 10 persons per order
Each order is nominative and must be paid only in euros.
Ticketmaster has the right to modify a price ticket at any time as long as the order hasn't been paid.
Every ticket is sent directly to a purchasing tickets system in live. This system offers you the best seats available. You would be able to check the situation of the seats classification you have chosen as long as there are some left. Otherwise our system would propose you the best seats left in other categories.
- Tickets Booking Processing
- As soon as you have put your order in the system a summery page appears, indicated by the sentence "Booking in Process" which allows you to check if the seats you have chosen are well registered.
In case the number of seats you have chosen is higher than the seats left in the same category, you might get separate seats. If you refuse them you still can cancel them in your booking part pressing cancellation.
Be careful because this page is not a running order. As long as it is not paid, it cannot be a proper order or even a definite booking.
During your tickets booking you can see your seats if available on a map of the room with number of the seats.
The seats are showed in a very realistic way on this map; however the measures of the room cannot be respected precisely on a map.
The map of the room is not considered as a contract for the place of your seats.
The choice of your payment way would depend on the time limit you would get between your booking date and the event date.

Ticketmaster is using a very safety payment system belonging to Atos Company which is working on payment system in live.
We guarantee that all your banking information will remain confidential and secured by the SSL Protocol which controls the validity of access rights every time a credit card is used.
- Private information
- Private information you give us are very useful for the transaction. Moreover, it will make your next orders easier and faster because your account will be already created and you will receive your orders directly at your address. You may also be contacted in case of cancellation, modification of the time or the place of the event.
We may ask you further information on the buyer identity and his address if the price of the order is quite important.

- Withdrawing :
During your booking, the withdraw in a shop is proposed to you. You can as soon as the booking is confirmed , go to a withdraw point mentioned on the website , with the order reference number, your identity card or passport and the credit card used for the payment of the order.
E-Cards are not accepted if a withdraw is asked for.
-Pick up your Ticket at the venue
If , when you make a reservation , only the withdraw in a shop is proposed, you can not collect the order at the venue.
Please be there 1.30h before the beginning of the event (except if something else is indicated during the order process).
And in some special event you can order until the last minute on the web and come to the sales point indicated at the stadium or at the show place.
A ticket cannot be taken back, modified or resold, except in case a producer decides to repaid it after a cancellation.
If an event is cancelled, postponed, stopped or modified because of a change in the distribution, only the producer will be able to decide if tickets have to be repaid or not
(Not sending costs).
Ticketmaster is not responsible for it.

An Eticket is a print at home ticket available over the Internet only for specific events. Compare to the traditional ticket, the e-ticket is printed from your own computer with a different bar code for each electronic ticket. Therefore, if you bought 2 seats, you will print 2 pages, one for each seat.
It is important to keep your e-tickets in a safe and secure place after printing. Only the first set of tickets will be allowed entry into the event. All other copies of the e-ticket are going to be refused. The identification of the holder can be requested at the Gate with the actual credit card that was used at the time of purchase and a valid photo Identity card.
- Present the entire page of the E-ticket at the event.
- The barcode only allows one entry per scan.
- Unauthorized duplication or sale of this ticket may prevent your admittance to the event.
Unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.
This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the event and seat for which it is issued. This ticket is not redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form.
Only the first scan of the barcode on your ticket will be allowed entry. Make sure you keep the printed ticket in a safe place like you would cash, and protect it just like you would any other ticket! If more than one copy were to arrive, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been scanned. If there is a dispute, the purchaser's name is on each ticket, please do not remember your valid identity card as a purchaser.
